In a house fire that occurred in Munich, a woman endured injuries and the estimated damage is believed to be around 500,000 euros. As reported by the fire department, the 47-year-old inhabitant of the apartment in the multi-unit building was transported to a hospital with severe burns on her arms.
Upon their arrival on Sunday night, firefighters allegedly noticed flames spouting from the third-floor apartment. Five individuals were successfully extracted from the building by emergency services utilizing a turntable ladder. An additional 25 people were stated to have made their own exit from the building.
The injured woman was escorted to the hospital by a nearby neighbor. The apartment in question was reportedly completely decimated, and initially, four other apartments were deemed uninhabitable. The displaced residents reportedly sought refuge with their friends and acquaintances. The authorities are currently probing into the cause of the fire.
The neighbor who lived near the affected apartment selflessly helped the injured woman to the hospital. Despite the extensive damage, several women from the affected and nearby apartments had to find temporary lodgings with their friends.
