Bundesliga 2 - "A real slog": Holstein Kiel looking forward to top match

The surprise team from Holstein Kiel is looking forward to the second division top match at Fortuna Düsseldorf. Second in the table, Kiel travel to fourth in the table on Sunday (13:30/Sky). "We've got a real tough task ahead of us. We know what individual class Düsseldorf have and what kind of plan they have," said coach Marcel Rapp on Friday. With 16 points in seven games, the "Storks" are statistically the best away team in the league. Fortuna, on the other hand, have the best attack with 34 goals.

"If you look at all the parameters: What kind of players are on the pitch? What kind of setup does Fortuna Düsseldorf have, what kind of setup does Holstein Kiel have?" said Rapp: "Then probably no third party will say that Holstein Kiel has to win something in Düsseldorf. Nevertheless, we're going there with the full conviction that we can get something there."

However, three Holstein strikers are injured ahead of this important match: "Steven Skrzybski has muscular problems. Jann-Fiete Arp has groin problems". Benedikt Pichler is feeling "a pinch here and a twinge there" after his long injury break, said Rapp. "There's still a question mark over all three."
