Prosecutor's office speaks out. - A person was fatally shot with five bullets.
Months after a man gets killed by five bullets in Ranschbach (Southern Palatinate), the prosecution office has declared an indictment for manslaughter. A 28-year-old individual, stateless and from Syria, is thought of shooting a 37-year-old male on the street on February 12th as declared by the prosecution office in Landau on a Wednesday.
As per the police investigation, the man in question is suspected to have encountered the victim as he headed towards his car. "During a momentary disagreement, the 28-year-old is believed to have drawn a revolver and fired five bullets at the 37-year-old from up close. The the victim was severely hit in the head and stomach." This 28-year-old does not possess a license for carrying guns. The motive behind this crime is not clear.
As per current information, the 28-year-old and 37-year-old are considered to have met occasionally. The suspect has not expressed any response to the charges. A psychological imbalance in the suspect's behavior is being considered by the authorities.
