A young man of 25 years speeded at over twice the maximum limit in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district. The authorities revealed on Monday that this happened in Neu Brenz town on Sunday night, when the driver clocked in at an incredible 124 hours of driving. The speed limit stands at 50 kilometers per hour. Caught during a meticulous inspection of the departure traffic points following Burgfest in Neustadt-Glewe, the speed demon will now need to fork out 800 euros for his breach of the speed limit. Furthermore, he has accumulated two points in Flensburg and faces a driving ban for three months.
