It's known at this point that the man entered the apartment of an 84-year-old woman in the afternoon of the same day. When the elderly resident saw the stranger, she first went to a nearby café before returning to her residence with a 60-year-old female companion. There, the partially clothed man menaced the younger woman with a knife.

This prompted the 60-year-old lady to call the police. They blocked off a section of the housing complex, ultimately leading to the deployment of the special operations team. The man was transported to a psychiatric hospital, according to the police statement.
