A retail establishment specializing in furniture, located within a shopping mall in Bruchsal (Karlsruhe region), experienced a blaze during the night. Preliminary assessments by law enforcement suggest the damage might surpass the million-dollar mark. Thankfully, the fire service managed to contain the flames, preventing them from spreading to other areas of the building compound. However, the heavy smoke posed a potential hazard to a neighboring pet store. Subsequently, emergency services intervened, securing access to the pet store and relocating the animals to a secure location.
