In the wee hours of Tuesday morning, intruders used a car to break into a massive shopping complex on Schlossstraße in Berlin-Steglitz. The crime spree didn't end there, as they made their way through the mall before crashing the car into a nearby jewelry store.
The culprits exited the vehicle and made away with valuable items. Once they finished looting, the perpetrators once again made their exit from the shopping center, only this time, they had a getaway car waiting for them. Unfortunately for the crooks, they abandoned the first car which was promptly confiscated by law enforcement. The number of perpetrators involved and the worth of the stolen goods remain unclear, but criminal investigators are currently working on the case.
