- A blaze engulfs apartment building, resulting in approximate 500,000 euros worth of destruction.

A blaze at a shared living complex in Calw's district has led to roughly 500,000 euros in estimated damage. Four occupants of the residence in Oberreichenbach, which includes two young kiddos, were transported to hospitals by emergency medical services due to suspected smoke exposure, as per the police statement.

Based on preliminary police investigations, a technical fault triggered the blaze. There's speculation that faultily connected electrical wires might have played a role, as suggested.

The inferno ignited in a room on the building's first level on a Monday afternoon and swiftly spread up to the attic. The fire department managed to put out the flames, but the house is now deemed unsuitable for habitation.

The complicated situation has led authorities to consider relocating the affected family temporarily within the County of Calw. The shared living complex, located in Calw's district, is known for its close-knit community and vibrant atmosphere.
