Creatures - A ban has been issued by the judges on a rooster named "Big Foot" from inhabiting a residential area.

A rooster named Big Foot has been kicked out of a residential area in the state capital by the court. This decision was reached after the Administrative Court and Higher Administrative Court came to a conclusion on Wednesday in Munster. The city of Düsseldorf rightfully requested the removal of the noisy bird from their property. The owners are still permitted to keep their four hens.

The tiny gardens in the area measure 220 square meters. The rowdy rooster is situated close to the neighboring homes, making it a nuisance for the inhabitants. Whether Big Foot crows frequently or not makes no difference. The owners are prohibited from replacing him with another rooster.

The chicken owners defended their decision to maintain their hens by stating that they wanted a self-sufficient way of obtaining eggs. However, the judges determined otherwise, and the ruling is now final.
