Unlawful Acts - A 42-year-old man points a knife at police officers in Kiel.

A guy who'd been drinking too much was detained in a shop in Kiel, possibly attempting to swipe some booze. The police didn't actually nab him for allegedly trying to swipe the 42-year-old's alcoholic beverages; he'd already caught their eye for several offenses before Monday, they said on Wednesday.

Judge orders arrestA judge instructed the arrest of this 42-year-old fella on Tuesday, as he tried to escape police custody in the store.

Wielding a potato peeler, the man threatened officers. When they demanded he drop the kitchen utensil, the cops used pepper spray. He continued to struggle during detainment and afterwards. Luckily, no one got hurt.

A probe is underway for robbery and attacking policemen.
