Illegality and lawbreaking - A 34-year-old man is accused of manslaughter after a man drowned.

The suspected assailant seemed to think the 43-year-old guy was out to get him because of his unpaid debts. They claim he grabbed a hammer that just happened to be in the victim's pocket and used it as a weapon. The prosecution doesn't consider this a matter of self-defence since the older man hadn't attacked him yet. Police tracked down the supposed offender by checking phone connection data.
