On a Friday morning at 9:30 am, a 27-year-old woman stands before the Berlin Criminal Court with accusations related to the Middle East conflict. Based on her Instagram account, she's alleged to have shared propaganda materials from unlawful and terrorist organizations. The indictment includes charges of spreading hatred, promoting violence, and urging people to commit crimes in public.

Back in October 2023, this woman is believed to have encouraged chaos by posting, "Let's turn Neukölln into Gaza," "set everything on fire and rob everything," and rallying others to cause harm by using stones and batons against law enforcement. The aftermath of her posts led to severe disturbances. As per the investigations conducted in August 2022, she's also accused of advocating for the murder of people of Jewish faith or Israeli nationality. The case revolves around four offenses, with three scheduled court days lasting until June 24th.
