According to authorities, the incident first occurred when the boy reportedly watched and then physically assaulted and verbally harassed a woman as she was parking her bicycle in Vilsbiburg, Landkreis Landshut. Upon her resistance, he fled the scene. A short while later, he allegedly approached another woman, who was parking her e-bike, and continued his inappropriate behavior by touching her, verbally abusing her, and even attempting to kiss her. Both women promptly contacted the emergency services, and the boy was subsequently arrested by the police.
After the women shared their disturbing encounters, there has been an ongoing discussion about the need for more awareness and education regarding appropriate behavior towards women.
