Accident - 85-year-old dragged along by truck: Seriously injured
A truck dragged an 85-year-old pedestrian several meters along a road in Landshut, causing serious injuries. The senior citizen had wanted to change sides on Monday and therefore stepped out onto the road in front of the truck in slow-moving traffic, the police said on Tuesday. However, the 43-year-old driver drove off at that moment. He hit the 85-year-old woman with the articulated truck and dragged her a few meters. The senior citizen was taken to hospital.
