Munich - 83-year-old walker dies after falling

An 83-year-old man has died in hospital after falling during a walk in Munich. It was initially unclear whether the fall was due to the icy conditions or an illness, according to a police statement on Wednesday. A previously unknown person discovered the senior citizen unconscious in the snow on Friday. Rescue workers took him to hospital seriously injured. He reportedly died there on Sunday.
