Robbers escape unrecognized - 83-year-old man attacked in apartment near Hanover
Unknown individuals have broken into the home of an 83-year-old man in Hannover. During the attempted arrest of one suspect, two police officers were lightly injured. Three unknown individuals entered the senior's apartment in Langenhagen through the balcony, according to the police. While one of the suspects held the 83-year-old man in bed, his accomplices searched the apartment for valuables.
Subsequently, the robbers left the apartment and fled in various directions, according to the police. The alerted officers were able to apprehend one of the suspects initially.
