Accident - 67-year-old driver crashes into concrete wall and dies
A 67-year-old driver died in a traffic accident in Plettenberg (Märkischer Kreis) early on Monday morning. For unknown reasons, his car left a country road and crashed into a concrete wall. By chance, an ambulance crew came by and administered first aid. However, they were unable to save his life, according to the police in Iserlohn.

The tragic accident occurred in the town of Plettenberg, located within North Rhine-Westphalia's Märkischer Kreis region. The concrete wall, serving as a roadside barrier, was the unfortunate destination for the 67-year-old driver's vehicle during the traffic mishap. Despite the efforts of an ambulance crew, who happened upon the scene, the accident proved fatal. Subsequent investigations by the Iserlohn police department are underway to determine the cause of this unfortunate incident.
