- 65-year-old tractor driver dies after an accident
Following an accident in Lower Franconia, a tractor driver has died. The 65-year-old was traveling with a tractor and a trailer on a field preparation path in Schönau an der Brend (district of Rhön-Grabfeld), the police reported. Due to medical reasons, he lost control of his vehicle - the tractor overturned. A doctor treated the man, and he was taken to the hospital, where he later died. The police currently assume that he died due to the medical cause, a spokesperson said.
The accident occurred while the tractor driver was working in the agriculture field for field preparation. Despite the doctor's efforts and hospitalization, the tractor driver, involved in agriculture, unfortunately passed away due to his medical condition.
