50,000 euros damage caused by fire in vacant house
There was a fire in an uninhabited residential building in Trent on the island of Rügen (Vorpommern-Rügen district) on Sunday night. When the emergency services arrived, the roof truss of the building was already completely engulfed in flames, according to the police. No people were injured. The building is in danger of collapsing. Around 50,000 euros worth of damage was caused. The criminal investigation department is investigating.
The emergency services quickly responded to the fires in the vacant house, attempting to prevent further damage. Despite their efforts, the extensive fires caused an estimated 50,000 euros in damages.
