Lower Franconia - 38-year-old allegedly caused power failure
Following a widespread power outage in Lower Franconia in mid-November, the police have identified a 38-year-old suspect. As the officers announced on Friday, the police found him with the help of interrogations and the evaluation of evidence. The man is said to have gone to the electricity provider's premises and switched off the power. For security reasons, a police spokesman did not say how the man had gained access to the premises. He will have to answer for disrupting public services. The police ruled out a political motive.
