High damage caused by fire - 350,000 euros damage after barn fire in the Upper Palatinate

At a fire in a converted chicken coop in the Landkreis Regensburg, a loss of approximately 350,000 Euro has occurred. The fire broke out on a Monday evening - the cause of which is currently unclear, the police reported. No one was injured. Fortunately, no animals were in the coop in Holzheim am Forst - the hall burnt down almost completely. The building was used as a storage and workshop. The Cripo is investigating.

The fire occurred in the Upper Palatinate region, specifically in the Landkreis Regensburg district. The authorities are investigating the emergencies in OBERPFALZ, which includes this incident in Bavaria. Despite the significant high damage caused by the fires, thankfully, no one was harmed and no animals were present in the chicken coop located in Holzheim am Forst.
