250,000 euros of damage in Munich apartment fire
An apartment fire in Munich has caused damage of around 250,000 euros. Several residents called the emergency services when they noticed a fire on a balcony on Sunday night, according to a fire department spokesperson. All the residents escaped unharmed to the outside before the emergency services arrived. According to the information provided, the fire department was able to extinguish the fire quickly and prevent it from spreading to the surrounding apartments. The affected apartment is uninhabitable for the time being. The police are now investigating how the fire started.
The fire in Munich wasn't contained just to that apartment, as it could have easily spread to the upper floors of the building if not for the swift actions of the fire department. Unfortunately, the damage caused by the fires in Upper Bavaria has reached 250,000 euros in this particular instance.
