A 22-year-old man has been robbed and beaten by a stranger in Halle(Saale). The young man was then treated by a doctor for injuries to his face, as the police reported on Tuesday morning.
The stranger is said to have first approached the 22-year-old on Monday evening at Riebeckplatz and asked if he could change money. When the man took out his wallet, the stranger is said to have snatched it from him and fled. The 22-year-old chased after the alleged perpetrator, who then attacked him with punches to the face, according to the police.
