District of Traunstein - 21-year-old seriously injured in an accident at work
A 21-year-old man was seriously injured in a work accident in Nußdorf im Chiemgau(Traunstein district) on Monday. As the police reported on Tuesday morning, the arm of the man from Trostberg was caught by a rotating chain of a salt silo and pulled into the machine between two gear wheels. The accident occurred at a height of 25 meters. The injured man was freed by the fire department and taken to hospital. According to the police, his arm does not currently need to be amputated.
