Crime - 21-year-old robbed by a group and threatened with a machete
A 21-year-old man was allegedly robbed by a group on Erfurt's Anger and threatened with a machete. The five alleged perpetrators are also said to have injured the victim with blows, as the police reported on Tuesday morning. After the men stole the 21-year-old's cell phone and 400 euros on Monday evening, they finally fled. Two suspects, aged 25 and 28, were found by the police a short time later, but there is no trace of the others so far.

The incident of criminality in Erfurt involving a machete and a group of men has prompted an active investigation by the local police in Thuringia. Unfortunately, only two of the five suspected individuals have been apprehended, leaving the whereabouts of the others unknown. Authorities are urging any witnesses with relevant information to come forward and contact the police using their cell phones.
