Investigations - 21-year-old beaten and robbed on the Zeil in Frankfurt
A 21-year-old man is said to have been robbed and injured by a group in Frankfurt. The man was punched several times in the face on the Zeil on Sunday night, the police said. The perpetrators are said to have stolen his smartphone and 200 euros in cash. One of the perpetrators from the group of five to seven men first pushed the 21-year-old into a doorway, beat him and robbed him. Another perpetrator also punched him in the face, while the other members of the group allegedly blocked his escape route. The 21-year-old suffered minor head injuries. He was reportedly treated at the scene.
