- 20-year-old man seriously injured after falling from a motorcycle
Wearing only swim trunks, without a mandatory helmet, and seemingly heavily intoxicated, a man crashed his small motorized vehicle on a road in Feldberger Seenlandschaft (Mecklenburgische Seenplatte district) according to police. The 20-year-old's vehicle veered off the road in a left curve and collided with a lamppost.
The driver and his vehicle ended up in the roadside ditch and was taken to the hospital. There, he had to undergo a blood test, as per the police. Investigations are now underway against the 20-year-old for suspected endangerment of traffic.
The blood test at the hospital revealed elevated alcohol levels, potentially contributing to the accidents. Due to his actions, several traffic safety regulations were violated, leading to potential future accident prevention measures.
