Western Pomerania-Rügen - 18-year-old driver seriously injured in evasive maneuver
An 18-year-old driver hit a tree on Monday evening while avoiding a deer in the Vorpommern-Rügen district. The man was seriously but not life-threateningly injured in the accident between Bad Sülze and Tribsees, the police said. The driver lost control of his car and was thrown out of the driver's side window. The car was totaled.

The accident occurred in the County of Vorpommern-Rügen, specifically between Bad Sülze and Tribsees. The driver's car, a total loss after the incident, is from Germany.
