In Bitterfeld-Wolfen (Anhalt-Bitterfeld), police caught a 17-year-old driving a car without a valid driver's license. Furthermore, the vehicle was unregistered and uninsured, as reported by the police in Köthen. The teenager sped past officers stationed in the pedestrian zone on the market in Bitterfeld on Friday. The officers then pursued the car and managed to pull the driver over later. Investigations are now underway against the 17-year-old.

The unregistered and uninsured car's actions, including driving without a license, qualify as several instances of illegal activity, contributing to the overall prevalence of crime in the area. The teenager's dangerous maneuvers, such as speeding past officers, demonstrate a disregard for law and order.
