- 16-year-old hit by tractor tire - seriously injured
In a tractor accident in Jossgrund (Main-Kinzig district), a 16-year-old teenager was severely injured and had to be airlifted to the hospital. As reported by the police, the teenager and his 46-year-old father were together performing unloading work on a farm.
The 46-year-old was operating the tractor. His son initially climbed onto the running board of the vehicle and, after a brief discussion with his father, jumped back down. In the process, the boy stumbled and fell to the ground. His father did not notice this and accidentally ran over the boy's feet and legs with the left front tire, as was further reported.
The incident occurred in the Main-Kinzig district, specifically in Jossgrund, which is part of the German state of Hessen. After the accident, the injured teenager was taken to a hospital in Hessen for necessary medical treatment.
