A fire in a vacant house in Loitz (Vorpommern-Greifswald district) caused property damage of around 150,000 euros on Monday. According to the police, it is unclear how the fire started. No one was in the house at the time of the fire and there were no injuries. Investigations into the cause of the fire are ongoing.
