Stuttgart - 14-year-old arrested after attack with telescopic baton

A 14-year-old has been arrested after attacking a teenager on a suburban train with a telescopic baton. The young German from the Rems-Murr district is said to have first threatened a 17-year-old with a knife in mid-October and then hit him in the face. According to the police, he was found and arrested on Thursday morning at the home of an acquaintance. The 17-year-old had suffered a laceration from the blow to his face.
