The 22-year-old reportedly grabbed one of the inspectors by the throat and landed several punches on his face. Eventually, the man was subdued and kept calm until federal police arrived. A breathalyzer test revealed the suspect had 2.25% alcohol in his bloodstream. Authorities launched an investigation for suspected violent assault against him.
