The judge expressed that he won't accept Trump's profanity and shaking his head during Daniels' testimony, as per the transcript.

The judge has noticed that the defendant's attorney, Todd Blanche, is having trouble dealing with the client's behavior. During a break in the mid-morning, Judge Juan Merchan informs Blanche that his client, who is up at arms, is swearing loudly and shaking his head. This could potentially be intimidating for the witness and possibly even the jury, as they can see it from their seats.

Earlier that morning, Stormy Daniels, the adult film actress and plaintiff in the case, had begun with her testimony. She recounted her encounter with the defendant, Donald Trump, in his hotel room, claiming that they had slept together. This revelation and the associated reimbursement payment made to Michael Cohen, Trump's former lawyer, are central to the case. Trump has denied any involvement in the affair and pleaded not guilty.

The judge had brought up this issue with Blanche because he did not want to embarrass Trump publicly. Blanche insists that he would address the matter with his client.

"I've seen it too," said the judge. "When Ms. Daniels was describing how she rolled up that magazine and struck your client, you could see him shaking his head and looking down. Another time, as we were talking about The Apprentice, he uttered a vulgarity and looked directly at you."

Blanche again assured the judge that he would talk to Trump during the break.

On Tuesday morning, Daniels detailed her first encounter with Trump at a celebrity golf tournament and how things led up to the alleged encounter in his Lake Tahoe hotel room. She went on to recount a two-hour conversation they had at the dining table in the hotel room, discussing her career as an adult film star and her possible participation on the reality show "Celebrity Apprentice."

Daniels then shared with the jurors that she had given Trump a spanking with one of his own magazines, causing him to soften up. The judge, Jeremy Herb, Lauren del Valle, and Kara Scannell from CNN contributed to this report.
