Rosie O'Donnell is set to appear in "And Just Like That" during its third season.

Sharing some big news on Instagram, O'Donnell posted a script for the Season 3 premiere episode titled "Outlook Good."

She captioned the image with "Here comes Mary," which could be referring to her character's name. There's also a photo of her wearing a dark green jacket that reveals her gray shoulder-length hair.

CNN tried contacting Max for more information about O'Donnell's role in the show.

Renowned for hosting her NYC talk show "The Rosie O'Donnell Show" between 1996 and 2002 and acting in movies like "A League of Their Own" and "Sleepless in Seattle," she has recently been seen in Showtime's 2022 drama "American Gigolo."

In addition to O'Donnell, Parker, Davis, and Nixon from "And Just Like That" posted pics of their scripts, indicating that the series has started filming for Season 3. Cantone, Parker, and Choudhury are all set to make a comeback.

The announcement of O'Donnell's role arrives after rumors circulated about Ramírez (Che Diaz, Carrie's (Parker) love interest) leaving the show. Pittman (Nya), who played the part in Seasons 1 and 2, is also said to not be returning for the third season.

A spin-off of the classic HBO series "Sex and the City," "And Just Like That" focuses on the lives of Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte, and Samantha. Despite claims that Cattrall wouldn't rejoin when the sequel first premiered in 2021, she made a highly anticipated cameo in the final episode of Season 2.

"And Just Like That" will air on Max in 2025; both Max and HBO, like CNN, are owned by Warner Bros. Discovery.
