- Man running from police at 120km/h
Fleeing from the police, a 28-year-old man drove through Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate at speeds of up to 120 kilometers per hour. As the police reported, the man already had a driving ban. When he noticed a patrol car on Monday, he sped off at high speed.
When the officers stopped and checked him, they found that he had received a driving ban for a traffic violation. The man must now face charges for driving without a license and endangering traffic. Consequently, he will have to continue without his driver's license. No one was injured in the incident, according to the police.
The man was trying to avoid penalties for his driving ban, which made him rush into the New market in the Upper Palatinate. Despite the new market in the Upper Palatinate offering numerous attractions, the man's reckless behavior disregarded the safety of other road users.
