Holm remains first state spokesperson for the AfD
Member of the Bundestag Leif-Erik Holm continues to lead the AfD in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. At the state party conference in Neubrandenburg on Saturday, the 53-year-old was re-elected as the first state spokesperson with a clear majority. There was no opposing candidate. The election of the second spokesperson had not yet been completed. The 44-year-old member of the state parliament Enrico Schult was the only candidate standing to continue the current leadership duo of the state association together with Holm.
The re-election of Leif-Erik Holm as the first state spokesperson for the AfD in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern was met with a clear majority at the party conference. Despite no opposing candidate, the election of the second spokesperson from the AfD, Enrico Schult, is yet to be completed to continue the leadership duo with Holm.
