A new claim has been made against US music star, Sean "Diddy" Combs. The model, Crystal McKinney, states that he drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2003.
In a recent development, another allegation against the American rapper, Sean "Diddy" Combs, has surfaced. A former model named Crystal McKinney has filed a lawsuit against him, alleging that he drugged and sexually abused her in 2003. The information about the lawsuit can be found in the US magazine "People."
This comes after four other individuals, including three women and one man, have accused Combs of sexual assault, including gang rape. According to the magazine, McKinney's allegations are detailed in court documents.
It is said that McKinney, then 22 years old, met Combs in a New York City restaurant through a mutual acquaintance, an unnamed designer. Throughout the evening, Combs insisted that McKinney drink large amounts of alcohol. Later, he invited her to his recording studio and continued giving her alcohol and marijuana. McKinney assumed that either one of the drinks or the cannabis was laced with a narcotic.
In the lawsuit, McKinney describes an incident in a bathroom where a sexual assault occurred, which she could still recall. She later lost consciousness and only woke up again in a taxi, where she realized she had been sexually abused.
The report suggests that there could be substantial evidence for these accusations. For example, the clothes McKinney wore during the alleged incident are still in her possession, wrapped in plastic. This evidence could be examined for possible traces during a court case.
Previous incidents
Only a short time ago, a disturbing video from a hotel emerged showing Combs physically abusing his then-girlfriend, Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura. The video from 2016 shows Combs dragging Ventura to the ground, punching her, and kicking her. The footage corresponds to a lawsuit filed against Combs.
A total of three other women and a man have also filed legal cases against Combs for allegations of harassment and abuse. Additionally, his 26-year-old son, Christian, has been sued for alleged sexual assault.
The 54-year-old ex-boyfriend of Jennifer Lopez has since apologized for his actions in an Instagram post. However, according to his lawyers, he denies the other allegations.
At the end of March 2024, US authorities conducted searches of Combs' homes in Los Angeles and Miami due to allegations of "human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation."
