While a large part of her fans were enthusiastic about the performance and described it as "magical", some visitors of the festival were skeptical: "Did Dua Lipa really perform live at Glastonbury?"

Another added: "Dua Lipa has some catchy tunes, but I'm pretty sure she performed with playback. It sounds like live singing, but I'm not convinced that she's singing 'live right now'."
The majority of the visitors, however, apparently don't share this sentiment: "Dua Lipa just had her #Glastonbury set, full of hits, live singing, outfit changes, non-stop dance, and an incredible production. She is a modern music legend", it says in a post on X.

The British press is largely enthusiastic about the performance: The "Guardian" calls her performance "addictive and hedonistic", she reinforced her claim to be one of the biggest current popstars in the world with this performance, always having a hit in her pocket. The "BBC" writes: "With fireworks and confetti throughout the entire performance, one had the feeling that she was claiming immortality in Glastonbury. And she was more than successful."
For the 28-year-old English singer with Albanian roots, it was her first Glastonbury performance as a headliner. At the beginning of her performance, she said she had dreamed of this her whole life and had even manifested it. "I can't believe I'm up here, right here, with you. I'm so happy to be here with you tonight", so Dua Lipa.
Overall, it was her third performance at Glastonbury. She first appeared on the stage in 2017 and then again in 2019.
