Princess Kate - Royal fans are delighted with a children's picture
A rare insight into Princess Kate 's (41) early private life: the Princess of Wales has published a previously unknown childhood picture of herself at a Christmas party on social media.
The 41-year-old shared the picture from the Middleton family photo album on Instagram. It shows Kate in 1983, shortly before her second birthday. The one-year-old is sitting at a table eating a festive meal. Her brown, still short hair is neatly combed, she is wearing a white collar, a colorful necklace and a black cardigan. In front of her, a chime of lights with angels is spinning, but Kate is looking out of the picture to the right with her mouth slightly open.
Princess Kate is using the photo to promote her Christmas service, which will be shown on ITV at 7:45pm on Christmas Eve. In the caption, Kate also tries to draw attention to her current campaign: "Sharing some festive memories this Christmas as #ShapingUs is all about the great importance of our early years and the role that the people around us play in shaping us for the rest of our lives."
Followers marvel at resemblance to Prince Louis
In the comments column, however, everything revolves around a completely different topic: followers unanimously agree that little Kate looks just like Prince Louis (5), the youngest child of Kate and Prince William (41). "I see Prince Louis," is written to heart eyes or "That's literally Prince Louis if he was a girl." Other comments read: "Definitely Louis", "I see a mini Louis here" or "Copy and pasted, little Louis".
