Rose strengthens Nagelsmann: National players have a duty

Following the German national soccer team's disappointing performances against Turkey and Austria, RB Leipzig coach Marco Rose has put himself in front of Julian Nagelsmann and called the players to account. "None of this feels good right now. I think we all feel that way. I think it's first and foremost up to the lads to do better," said Rose.

After the 2:3 against the Turks and the 0:2 in Austria, criticism of the new DFB coach Nagelsmann had also become louder. "We've only just changed the national team coach. Now we're already discussing the next one. I said to Hansi that he has my full support. I'm now saying the same about Julian," said Rose.

There are still around seven months to go until the home European Championships. The expectations of the national team are always enormous. "Because we are simply a big nation with a lot of talented players. I believe that we can get it right and that we will be able to celebrate success with our boys again at some point. But they are now responsible for sending out signals and moving things forward," said Rose.

RB Leipzig, led by coach Marco Rose, is currently facing intense pressure following their recent defeats. In the Bundesliga, Rose's team is scheduled to face Borussia Monchengladbach, providing an opportunity to turn their fortunes around.

Despite the criticism faced by Germany's national soccer team coach Julian Nagelsmann, Rose remains supportive and emphasizes the responsibility of the players in improving their performance.
