Mondelez, the maker of Oreo, faces a $366 million penalty for manipulating European markets.
"Today, the EU's competition chief, Margrethe Vestager, announced that Mondelez had illegally restricted cross-border sales throughout the European Union. This was done to keep prices higher for their products, resulting in detrimental effects on consumers."
