Apparently, this individual is on the run, and authorities mentioned five days later that they couldn't locate him at his residence. The Karlsruhe local court has issued an arrest warrant for this person, suspected of causing severe bodily harm. It remains unclear if he's still in the area, according to a spokesperson.
Reports indicate that he attacked the 32-year-old with a knife on a Friday, inflicting serious harm. Luckily, the victim has since been discharged from the hospital, as per the latest update.
According to the current investigation, the assault appears to be connected to a personal matter between the supposed culprit and the victim, with alleged insults exchanged before the Friday evening incident. The spokesperson confirmed that there's no ongoing danger to the public.
