Dead person found in fire: Identity unclear
A dead person has been found in a fire in a detached house in Diera-Zehren (Meißen district). According to a police spokesperson on Monday, emergency services responded to the fire on Monday night. Upon entering the house, they found the body. The extinguishing work lasted until the early hours of the morning. The identity of the dead person and the cause of the fire were reportedly unclear at first. The MDR had previously reported on this.
The fire likely led to an emergency situation, requiring swift action from emergency services. Despite their efforts, the identity of the deceased and the cause of the fires remained unclear.
