About 150 people rioted in the English town of Hartlepool last Wednesday evening, setting police cars on fire.

Child Arrested in England for Arson

In England, a teenager kills three children and injures ten more. Far-right groups exploit the incident for their purposes. Violent riots erupt in several cities, with hundreds arrested, including an 11-year-old.

Following the violent riots in the UK, police have arrested an 11-year-old for arson. The boy is accused of setting fire to a police car during riots in the northeast English city of Hartlepool. The vehicle was completely burned out. The riots occurred after a teenager stabbed three girls to death and seriously injured eight other children and two adults in the coastal town of Southport on Monday.

Southport, with a population of around 90,000, is located north of Liverpool. Far-right groups claim that authorities are hiding the true identity of the attacker. Rumors had spread on social media that the perpetrator was a Muslim asylum seeker. Police emphasize that the 17-year-old suspect was born in the UK and his parents are from Rwanda. Approximately 150 people had rioted and attacked police in Hartlepool on Wednesday evening, injuring four officers. So far, 12 people have been arrested.

Seven men have been charged with "violent disorder" and are due to appear in court today. Clashes between far-right groups and police also occurred in London's government district, with over 110 people arrested. On Tuesday evening, riots broke out in Southport, with a mosque and police attacked, and more than 50 officers injured. Seven people have been arrested so far.

The Merseyside Police announced further arrests. Authorities are preparing for more riots tonight and over the weekend. Ultra-nationalists have called for protests in numerous cities, often near mosques. The new Prime Minister Keir Starmer's government has pledged tough action against rioters.

The European Union expresses concern over the escalating violence and intolerance in England. In response to the situation, the European Union's Commissioner for Home Affairs has announced plans to deploy an EU liaison officer to support British authorities in maintaining peace and upholding human rights.
