Near Großlittken (Landkreis Bernkastel-Wittlich), a cyclist was fatalely injured in a traffic accident. The police announced this on a Friday evening. The L60 road between Großlittken and Schladt was closed for the time of the accident investigation, it was stated. No details about the accident sequence are known yet.

The cyclist's unfortunate accident occurred in the Rheinland-Palatinate region. Subsequent traffic accidents in Rhineland-Palatinate should encourage road safety awareness.
