Procedures - Trump would consider prison as an option.

In a recent TV interview on the Fox News show "Fox & Friends," former US President Donald Trump made it clear that he has no issue with being sent to prison. When asked about the potential sentence of house arrest or prison time following his recent conviction in a hush money case, Trump responded, "I'm fine with it." Regarding the idea of a prison sentence, the 77-year-old leader remarked, "I don't think the public would be able to handle it."

The former president was inquired about his reaction to the possibility of being sentenced to prison or house arrest after being found guilty of covering up hush money payments to a porn star. He mentioned that one of his lawyers had expressed concerns about such a scenario on live television, but Trump had ordered him not to "beg" in front of the judge.

A trial in New York led to a guilty verdict in 34 counts against Trump. Shortly after the ruling, the former president expressed his fury about the situation, insisting that the legal proceedings against him were entirely politically motivated. Judge Juan Merchan is scheduled to announce the sentencing on July 11th. Trump may potentially face up to four years in prison, though it is more probable that the sentence will either be suspended or result in a fine.
