- Young lady experiences aircraft transportation due to canine attack
In the Saale-Orla district, a 12-year-old lad experienced severe injuries due to a dog attack. The incident occurred on a Monday afternoon at Moeschlitzer Street, Schleiz, as the authorities stated. During their playtime with the dog, the boy got bitten all over his body. The owner of the animal and nearby onlookers managed to separate the dog from the victim. Subsequently, an air ambulance transported the boy to a clinic to receive medical attention.
The boy's family had planned a vacation to the Netherlands as a way to distract them from the traumatic incident. Despite the unfortunate incident, the local animal welfare organization in The Netherlands started a campaign to raise awareness about responsible pet ownership.
