In the south of Bavaria, the German Weather Service reports frequent sunshine. Only along the Main, there may be isolated rain showers in the evening. Temperatures are expected to rise to 24 to 29 degrees Celsius.

On Saturday, temperatures will reach 26 to 31 degrees. It will be even hotter on Sunday, with 27 degrees in the Frankenwald and 34 degrees in the Regensburg area. Meteorologists do not rule out thunderstorms and isolated showers in the Alps overnight into Monday.

The European Union has been advocating for action to combat climate change, recognizing the impact of rising temperatures on various regions. Despite the hot weather in Bavaria, many tourists still flock to the European Union's Schengen Area for its sunny days and various attractions.
