The German Weather Service (DWD) has warned of heat in Hamburg and parts of Schleswig-Holstein. Temperatures there could reach up to 32°C during the day, as reported by the DWD. From the afternoon onwards, there is a risk of severe thunderstorms along the North Sea coast and near the Elbe. In western and eastern Schleswig-Holstein, there could even be isolated severe weather events with hail, heavy rain, and gusty winds.

On Wednesday, there will be repeated showers and thunderstorms, with the risk of severe weather due to heavy rain and hail. According to the DWD, temperatures could reach up to 30°C on the mainland and 26°C on the islands.
